Welcome to i-lex. By using our service, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Pre-Launch Notice
i-lex is scheduled to launch on June 30, 2026. During the pre-launch period, by joining our waitlist you accept these terms which will be in full force upon launch. Founding member benefits are honored as described on the website.
2. The Service
i-lex is an AI-powered legal assistant platform offering case management, AI-generated legal strategies, hearing reminders, and document analysis. The service is provided 'as is' and we continuously improve it.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and either: (a) a licensed lawyer or law student; or (b) a paralegal, notary, or legal professional in training. By registering, you confirm you meet these requirements.
4. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer
AI-generated strategies, summaries, and recommendations are NOT legal advice. They are tools to assist your professional judgment. i-lex is NOT a substitute for an attorney's professional services. You remain solely responsible for legal decisions, court filings, and client representation.
5. Subscription and Payment
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in USD. We accept credit/debit card and cryptocurrency. Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled. Cancel anytime from your dashboard. 7-day money-back guarantee on your first monthly subscription. No refunds on annual plans after 14 days.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to: (a) Use i-lex for illegal purposes; (b) Upload malicious content; (c) Share your account credentials; (d) Reverse-engineer or scrape the platform; (e) Attempt to manipulate AI outputs for harmful purposes; (f) Resell access without authorization. Violation may result in immediate termination.
7. Your Data and Confidentiality
You retain ownership of all case data you input. We treat client information you upload as strictly confidential. You are responsible for ensuring you have authority to share client data with our platform. We comply with attorney-client privilege protections to the maximum extent technically possible.
8. Intellectual Property
The i-lex platform, its design, code, AI prompts, and content are owned by Bee4Dev. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute without written permission. Your case data and AI outputs generated for your account belong to you.
9. Limitation of Liability
i-lex provides software tools. We are NOT liable for: (a) Legal outcomes from your use of AI suggestions; (b) Missed deadlines if you ignored alerts; (c) Data loss from your account deletion; (d) Service interruptions beyond our control. Total liability is limited to fees paid in the last 12 months.
10. Termination
You may cancel anytime. We may terminate accounts for terms violations with 30 days notice (or immediately for serious breaches). Upon termination, you have 30 days to export your data before deletion.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Panama. Disputes will be resolved in courts of Panama City, Panama. EU users retain rights under GDPR.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified by email 30 days in advance. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
